Decimal 1.80 = Fractional 4/5 = American -125 (a negative American odds figure means you must stake that amount to win ৳100). On a ৳1,000 stake the return is ৳1,800 (৳800 profit).
Decimal format is the simplest — just multiply the odds by your stake to get the total return. You can change your preferred format in account settings.
Bet Slip — Single and Multi Bets
Clicking on a market automatically adds the selection to your bet slip. One selection is a single bet; adding more selections creates a multi bet (or accumulator). In a multi bet, the odds of all selections are multiplied together to form the combined odds — the return can be much higher, but if any one selection loses, the entire bet loses.
3 selections, odds 1.50 × 1.70 × 1.90 = 4.84 (approximately). On a ৳100 stake the return is ৳484 — but only if all three selections win; if even one loses, the full ৳100 is gone.
Risk is easier to manage with single bets. As soon as you enter an amount in the stake box, the potential return is shown immediately. Check all details before pressing the "Confirm Bet" button — once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed.
Team A 1.65, Team B 2.30. If you place ৳500 on Team B and Team B wins, the return is ৳1,150 (৳650 profit); if Team A wins, you lose ৳500.
BACK and LAY Bets
On a betting exchange, if you BACK Team A at decimal odds of 1.80 with ৳1,000, you make ৳800 profit before commission if Team A wins; if they do not win, you lose ৳1,000. If you LAY, you take the bookmaker's role — your liability for a backer's ৳1,000 stake is ৳800; if Team A does not win you receive ৳1,000, but if they win you pay out ৳800.
