01. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the pbc platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the website, registering an account, or beginning to use any service, you become legally bound by these Terms.

pbc is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. The platform offers various gaming options including slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting. 02. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on the pbc platform are available only to persons aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If a minor opens an account or uses the platform, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address also falls under this restriction.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate and up to date. If discrepancies are found during verification, the account may be suspended. If any registration details change, the user is responsible for updating them.

2.4 Verification Process

pbc may request a national ID card, passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. pbc reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

03. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with any third party or allowing unauthorised access to the account is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

For security purposes, pbc may confirm your identity at any time via OTP or email verification. If you do not cooperate with the verification process, the account's activity may be temporarily restricted.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions for 90 consecutive days or more, the account may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team. No deductions will be applied to the balance of an inactive account.

04. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at pbc can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes — depositing on behalf of any third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

pbc processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Account balances, bonuses and withdrawals are all calculated in Taka. Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and you must wager ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

pbc regularly offers various promotional offers, such as the pbc Weekly Deposit Gift (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000), pbc Friday Special Offer (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000) and pbc Cricket Bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000). Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• pbc reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed by exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.

06. Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn. If a game is not completed due to a technical failure, the bet for that round will be voided and the deposited amount will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official match result is final. If a match is abandoned before full time or rescheduled, the relevant bet may be voided. Combining multiple bets (multi-bet) is fully permitted, but if one bet loses, the entire multi-bet is voided.

6.3 Suspicious Bets

pbc may void any bet associated with match fixing or unusual betting patterns at any time. If such suspicious activity is detected, the account will be placed under investigation.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using multiple devices or IP addresses for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Interfering with any software or system on the platform.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Using fraudulent tactics against other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08. Responsible Gaming

pbc believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment. Users who feel that gaming is having a negative impact on their personal or financial life are encouraged to read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

At a user's request, options are available to set deposit limits, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently close an account. Such requests can be sent to the support team. The 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the pbc platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is the intellectual property of pbc. Reproducing, distributing or modifying this content without permission is prohibited.

The software and content of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others) are the property of those companies. pbc serves their games solely as a licensed partner.

10. Limitation of Liability

pbc is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection or third-party software. pbc's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If account details are lost due to the user's own negligence.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a failure of a third-party payment system.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet connection problem.
• If service is disrupted due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Initiated by the User

Any user may close their account at any time. Existing balances should be withdrawn before closing the account. Once an account is closed, any active bonuses will be cancelled.

11.2 Initiated by pbc

pbc may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity is proven.
• False information is found during verification.
• An age restriction violation is confirmed.
• Due to legal obligations.

For suspended accounts, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete.

12. Changes to Terms

pbc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
